Specialises in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychodermatology for adults and adolescents.
Mrs Kate Moss is a psychoanalytic psychotherapist. She offers an in-depth approach to psychological difficulties, in the tradition of Freud and Jung. This exploration of less known aspects of the self can take time, investment and commitment – the opposite of a quick fix – but may produce durable gains.
Kate read Humanities at Oxford and worked for Greenpeace before training as a psychotherapist. She has 25 years’ experience across the NHS, university and voluntary sectors as well as in private practice and is a regular international speaker.
She qualified in 2005 as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist (UKCP/CPJA/FIP), following an earlier psychosynthesis psychotherapy training (PG Dip 2001, BACP/PET/UEL and MA 2003, UKCP/PET/UEL) and a prior fundamentals of counselling certificate from Regent’s College in 1992.
She is undertaking further Jungian analytic training at the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF).
