Guy’s Tower is one of the tallest hospital buildings in the world, from its beginnings in the 1720s Guy’s hospital has established itself as one of the leading teaching hospitals.

Travelling by car

Our hospitals and many of our services are located in the Congestion Charging zone and the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ). Please use public transport whenever possible.

Parking at Guy’s Hospital

Parking is only available if you are a Blue Badge holder and have an appointment on the day. The disabled parking bays are available on a first come, first served basis.

You can only enter the car park from Crosby Row. You cannot use St Thomas Street or Snowsfields. If you park illegally at Guy’s Hospital, you may have to pay a fine.

There’s a National Car Parks (NCP) car park at the junction of Snowsfields and Kipling Street, about a 5-minute walk from the hospital. Charges are displayed at the entrance.

There are bays for dropping off and collecting patients at the Guy’s Hospital main entrance.

Travelling by bus

The closest bus stop is London Bridge bus station.

Travelling by tube

  • London Bridge tube – Jubilee and Northern lines (2 minutes’ walk)
  • London Bridge mainline railway station.

Travelling by train

London Bridge is the nearest railway stations, and a 2 minutes’ walk away.
