Dr Jane Heraghty

Jane Heraghty qualified in London in 1999. She trained in paediatrics and paediatric respiratory medicine in London, Bristol and Cardiff before coming to work as a consultant at the Evelina London Children’s Hospital in 2010, where she established the paediatric respiratory service. Since she started, the service has raised funds for a paediatric long-term ventilation ward which opened in 2016.

Jane manages children with a range of respiratory conditions including cough, wheeze, recurrent infections and sleep disordered breathing. As a parent herself, she understands the difficulties managing the problems of infections, coughing and sleep issues.
