Private antenatal investigations
As part of our leading private maternity service we offer a range of blood tests, swabs and screenings to support you during your pregnancy. These include non-invasive prenatal testing for genetic conditions as well as confirmation of fetal sex.
In combination with testing, we also offer comprehensive scanning services for the latest in private ultrasound scans and fetal medicine.
Pregnancy scanning serviceWestminster Maternity Suite packages
When you book to have your baby privately at The Westminster Maternity Suite, your maternity package includes one-off blood tests. Your consultant will advise if additional blood tests or investigations are required as part of your personalised care.
Pre-admission investigations included in the maternity package as one-off tests are:
- Full blood count
- Group and save
- HIV
- Syphilis
- Hepatitis B
- Electrophoresis
- MRSA.
Private blood tests, swabs and investigations
Please note, our phlebotomy service is only available to private obstetrics patients, these tests are not included in the Westminster Maternity Suite packages.
If your consultant has recommended any of the below investigations or additional blood tests, separate fees will be incurred.
